Monique Peoples-Graham has worked in salons from Boston to New York City and has over 20 years of industry experience. She’s worked as a hairstylist on movies sets of ‘Bride Wars’, ‘Good Kids’, ‘Greetings from Tim Buckley’ and ‘Central Intelligence’. Multi-talented by nature, she is also a former recording artist for Motown Records with her singing group “Shades”. As a senior stylist for Regis salons, she has received numerous color awards. Known as an Ambassador of color for Regis Hair Salons, she attained a Cosmetology Instructors license in Rhode Island for the Paul Mitchell School. While there she led the team and became the Texture Specialist, the Phase 2 Learning Leader and Theory Learning Leader.
Monique is a certified color specialist and a hair extension specialist, mastering many techniques of hair weaving. She has taught hair extensions for many major distributors. Monique Peoples–Graham has found that teaching is more than a job it’s a mission. As a Cosmetology Instructor at Empire Beauty School, specializing in Texture and Theory, she instructs new talent on the fundamentals of our industry. When she is not leading a class she can be found behind the chair styling up a storm at the renowned Salon Frank Antonio Hair & Makeup salon as a Master Stylist and Color Specialist; bringing beauty to the people!
